<Technolalia> focuses on Philosophy, Culture, and Tech and how those three categories interact. The content stems from original pieces to curated links and the occasional podcast.
Thanks for being a subscriber to <Technolalia> Newsletter. Last week’s Newsletter can be found below, as well as some of the things I’ve been reading lately:
Comments not Reflections
I don’t have anything big for this weeks newsletter, and as of right now i’m thinking of taking a break for next weeks newsletter but that may or may not come to fruition. I’ve been meaning to write ~Canto II of a new series that i’ve started regarding some of my recent explorations into, “Aetheistic Christianity”. I’m still working on it, but like many of the projects presented here they tend to be a slow burn and come and release in waves.
If you didn’t catch the first part of ~Canto ill link it below:
In any event, I hope that the newsletter has been entertaining, there is plenty of content to jump into now that the new podcast episode has been made available publically to all non-patrons.
Hopefully, that is enough for the time being, been feeling a bit of brain foggyness, which is not to uncommon for me. It’s usually a sign of burning out, or some sort of health related issue (hopefully not covid).
Feel free to reach out to me if you have any comments, or would like me to go into any particular topics, you are welcome to reply in the comments of the newsletter or you can reach me at @CNoumena on twitter.
Stay safe and thank you all for reading.

“Religion, then, is far from "useless." It humanizes violence; it protects man from his own violence by taking it out of his hands, transforming it into a transcendent and ever-present danger to be kept in check by the appropriate rites appropriately observed and by a modest and prudent demeanor. Religious misinterpretation is a truly constructive force, for it purges man of the suspicions that would poison his existence if he were to remain conscious of the crisis as it actually took place.”
― René Girard, Violence and the Sacred
